Welcome to this year's Night Urban series of 5 events. Each event will have a Long course, a Short course and an easier Yellow course.
The Long and Short courses at Barrow are a mixture of urban and park (first part urban, second part park). The Yellow course is completely within the park and doesn't cross any roads or car parks.
All under 16s on the Long and Short courses must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are encouraged to wear Hi-Vis.
We encourage running in pairs or groups – it is a good way to start orienteering. To do this, enter the event using one person’s name, and please add the names of everyone accompanying in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box. You can request extra maps, if required.
