Start window: 5pm to 730pm Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Tuesday evening Night Spunch from The Gate Inn, Delamere Street, Winsford CW7 2NB. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome.

A big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the night if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies.
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at or very near the venue.
60, 90 and 120 min course duration options (you can choose on the evening itself).
One of our all-in-the-dark winter evening series. Along with discovering some of the area's urban network and cut-throughs, there may also be some more adventurous (optional) off-road parts on local trails & paths.
About 20-25 mins from M6 J17,18 &19. Especially convenient for Northwich, Knutsford, Holmes Chapel, Middlewich, Congleton, Alsager, Sandbach, Crewe, Nantwich, Tarporley, Kelsall, Chester, Helsby & Frodsham etc.
Catch the Spunch Train: The venue is about 5k from Winsford Train Station. 8 mins by Uber/cab, 20 mins by bike.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90 min course is 715pm, last start for 120 min course 645pm). Registration open from 5pm.
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
A first Spunch-visit to Winsford West and The Gate Inn. Gently undulating - not a hilly one this. Good running / walking on a mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to off-road paths*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The Gate Inn will provide a warm welcome post-run or walk. With a selection of food and drinks available. The venue is child & dog friendly.
