Welcome to this year's Night Urban series of 5 events. Each event will have a Long course, a Short course and an easier Yellow course.
The Coniston event uses a mixture of residential streets and footpaths around the village, with a few very steep slopes.
All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are encouraged to wear Hi-Vis.
We encourage running in pairs or groups – it is a good way to start orienteering. To do this, enter the event using one person’s name, and please add the names of everyone accompanying in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box. You can request extra maps, if required.
