Where: Hightown Dunes, north of Crosby on the outskirts of Liverpool. Part of the Sefton Coast Dunes and close to Anthony Gormley's Iron Men on Crosby Beach. Park at Burbo Bank public car park (pay & display by cash/card/app). Toilets (40p cash) in car park.
Public transport: Merseyrail Northern Line to Hall Road, then walk 600m west along Hall Road West to the car park.
When: Start at any time between 10:30 and 12:30. Courses close at 14:00. Start and Finish are 1.2km from the car park, signed from Registration.
Beginners and newcomers welcome: the White and Yellow courses are suitable for you to try.

Please enter by Wednesday 5 November. Online entries will remain open until 18:00 on Friday 7 November with a £2 surcharge for seniors. A limited number of maps will be available on all courses for entry on the day.
