Inverness Orienteering Club welcomes you to Anagach. Anagach is a firm favourite, with complex contour detail in white forest throughout.
Please read the Event flyer for full details.
Terrain / Planner’s Comments: Anagach Wood is on the east side of Grantown-on-Spey. It is a technical area, with lots of fantastic contour detail on complex moraine around large marshy areas. The vegetation is a beautiful mature pine forest, with undergrowth of bilberry and heather in some places. There is a good path network. Map scale will be 1:10000 with 5m contours for all courses.
Event Centre: The event centre is in the hall at the YMCA community centre in Grantown on Spey PH26 3EL.
