The Frenzy is a shorter introduction to the DalesRunner race stable at 11km but you still get spectacular ascents, interesting descents and views down Swaledale.
This is a fully marked route featuring rarely visited twists and turns, views to take your breath away and a few sections of technical trail that will keep you on your toes.
The course is a mix of grassy trods, hard packed footpaths and a few technical sections with loose rocks as you head through mining hushes.
Highlights include:
- Generous cutoffs
- Fully stocked aid stations (including vegan and gluten free options)
- Finishers hot/cold drink and cakes
- Friendliest marshalls in Yorkshire
- GPX and map available
- Car parking
Start: 10am
Registration opens at 8.40am.
