HH are proud to host the British Night Championships 2026 on Egypt Woods together with Jennings and Hangings Woods. To make a weekend of it, there is also a Middle distance daytime National level race on essentially the same area on Sunday 8th.
Minimum experience requirements
This is a night event in the middle of winter with consequent risks of exposure and hypothermia. Please be realistic about your ability and fitness when selecting your course. We recommend that you have experience of night events in technical terrain to enter. As always - competitors attend at their own risk.
Competitors must have headtorch and spare, whistle, plus appropriate clothing for the weather conditions eg cagoules may be compulsory. There will be a kit check on leaving the event centre field.
