Course program
Date: Saturday 10 January 2025
Time: 09:30
Meeting place: The Climbers Shop, Ambleside, LA22 9DS
Details:
- 09:15 - Meet and greet
- 09:30 - Around 1.5 hours theory in Esquires Cafe, Ambleside
- 11:00 - 4 hour plus practical navigation session navigating on trails based around Rothay Park, Loughrigg and Silver Howe
- 15:30 - Course closes (be prepared to overrun slightly)
The course is based around the trails and fells of the Ambleside Fells. Conditions dependant.
