The Isle of Man’s first Backyard Ultra race — last one standing wins
This unique endurance event follows the classic Backyard Ultra format: runners complete a 4.167-mile loop starting every hour, on the hour, until only one runner remains
Competitors will set off on the hour every hour to complete the 4.167 mile loop. They must complete the yard within the hour to enter the next hour. All competitors will DNF until the last person to finish a loop by themselves is crowned the course champion.

Prizes:
- Overall Winner (last one standing)
- Assist (second place finisher)
- Most laps (female) – if not the overall winner
- Most laps (male) – if a female is the overall winner
- Age Group Most Laps: 18–29 Male/Female, 30–49 Male/Female, 50+ Male/Female
- Team Awards – Most Accumulated Laps (teams up to 4): Male, Female, Mixed
- Distance Awards – recognition for 100, 200, 300 miles
