The Morland Half Marathon is a trail half suitable for runners and walkers.
The route is largely self-navigated but does have some signage.
The route is largely off-road, on mixed terrain, and has 1330 ft of elevation.
Starting and finishing in the village of Morland near Penrith, the partially self-navigated route passes rivers, becks, beautiful Eden Valley villages, woodlands, and pastures. Using some of the same route as the Morland Marathon it’s a great introduction to the longer event!
Entrance fee includes a finishers medal, t-shirt, water and snacks at two checkpoints, and the happy faces of two of the most excited race directors you could ever wish to see!
Trophies for 1st male, female, and non-binary, and 1st male and female 50, 60 & 70 categories.
