Registration

Marathon – 0800 – 0840
Half – 0900 – 0940
10k – 1000 – 1040

Trail Marathon Start 0900hrs
Half Marathon Start 1000hrs
Trail 10k Start 1100hrs

Time limits

10 hours to complete the Trail Marathon.
6 hours to complete the Half Marathon.
4 hours to complete the 10k

Rules

A waterproof jacket, hat and gloves will be mandatory for the Half Marathon and the Marathon routes. Both these routes are very exposed and you will be at height for a great deal of the route.
For the 10k route a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves aren’t mandatory but are recommended.

For all routes a water bottle/hydration system is recommended.

We do not provide plastic cups so please bring your own

ANYONE NOT CARRYING THE MANDATORY KIT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. These items are for YOUR SAFETY!!
