After the success of the inaugural event last year we are back for the second year with increased numbers.
This 5-mile mixed terrain event starting and finishing at The Duchy of Cornwall Nursery in Lostwithiel.
With a 9:30am start the challenging route is approximately 90% trail and includes over 1000 ft in elevation.
With a new start location making it a quicker decent into the valley, this stunning route will take you from the nursery, thought the valley and up to the amazing English Heritage site of Restormel Castle. There you will complete a loop around the castle and enjoy the panoramic views.
From the castle you will drop back into Restormel woods where you will loop out towards the village of Lostwithiel before heading back across the valley, passing over the River Fowey and back up to the nursery.
There you will do a loop in the private, only ran in this event, woods to the rear of the nursery before finishing at the iconic Woodland Terrace Tepee.

Prizes for the top 3 male and females with a few spot prizes along the way and a proper medal for all finishers.
Minimum age for this event is 18 years.
Generous 2 hour cut off.
A percentage of all entry fees will be donated to Mind Cornwall @Cornwallmind.org
This is a cupless event.
