A classic, fully-marked 4-mile loop, starting with a lung busting blast up Bunster Hill, a river crossing and some speedy sections between the three summits. (6.4km/520m)

PLEASE NOTE: This event is a part of the Limestone Series 2025/26 - entries are initially restricted to the full series only. Individual race entries to follow (space dependent).
Start Time: 11am
Registration: Ilam Primary School, DE6 2AZ. Registration will be opening at 9:00am and closing at 10:40am on the day.
Parking: National Trust car park at Ilam Park (pay and display), DE6 2AZ – 5 minute walk to registration.
Facilities: Public toilets are available at Ilam Hall. Limited toilets are also available at registration. Tea, cakes, and savoury snacks will be available to purchase at Ilam Primary School after the race, so remember to bring some cash!
Kit Requirements: Please be prepared to carry full FRA kit but may be relaxed depending on conditions.
Prizes: (M Open, W Open, MU23, WU23, M40, W40, M50, W50, M60, W60, M70, W70)
Minimum age: 18
Maximum Capacity: 250 runners
