The well marked and marshalled route goes from Bamford Recreation Ground to the top of Win Hill and back. Mostly on footpaths with a road section at the beginning. Suitable for novice fell runners and experienced racers.
7.2 km (4½ miles) with 320m (1000 feet) of climbing.

Race starts at 7.30pm
We will have water at the finish but will not provide plastic cups - please bring your own. Tea, coffee, cake, soft drinks, beer and pizza available to buy before and after the race.
Plenty of free car parking on site.
