The Lakeland 50 & 100 Virtual Ultra Run starts on Saturday 12th July and finishes on Wednesday 23th July.
Entry fee includes medal and postage, so please make sure your address details are up to date.
You can enter either the 50 mile or 100 mile challenge and all profits from the event will go to this year's chosen charity.
The format is simple, each day you walk, run, swim, cycle or push a chosen distance (you choose how far) and then at the end of each day you upload how many miles you’ve covered - if you miss a day that's fine just so long as your total at the end of the 12 days corresponds to your chosen distance.
Your virtual location on the course will be updated a few times each day and we’ll also have live updates on our Facebook page.
If you can cover just over 4 miles of walking or running each day, you can complete the 50 mile challenge.
Taking part as a team : To take part as a team the 1st team member entering needs to add the teams name to the Team Name List. Then when other team members sign up they will be able to select the team name from the available list and the team will be built up. You can have as many people as you like in a team!
If you make the entry on behalf of someone else you will be responsible for adding their times and distances for them.
