Double Sprint: Two sprint courses which can be run in either order; your result is your combined time for the two courses. First run to start 18:00 - 19:00; start closes 19:30; courses close 19:45. Please enter by 23:59 on the Tuesday before the event; no entry on the day for the Sprint course.
Yellow course: Suitable for newcomers and children, start between 18:00 and 19:00. Please enter before the deadline if possible to help our map printing; however there will be entry on the day for the Yellow course.
For newcomers we offer a warm welcome, a 'Learn to Navigate' Activity and free refreshments.
Dibbers (timing chips) available to borrow (£30 replacement charge if lost).
Final details will appear a week before the event on the DEE website.
