*If you are entering a family and it comes to more than rates in the bottom row then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange a refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. SI timing card hire is free but lost cards are charged at a replacement cost of £30. |

Registration – Registration open from 10:00 – 10:45. There will be an event briefing for everyone in the car park at 11.00am sharp.
SIACs - Event is mixed punching and SI Air is enabled on all controls except the Start and Finish.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £3 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
Event Cancellation: In the event that regulations change and we have to cancel an event we will refund the entry fee minus up to £3 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs
