Start window: 530pm to 730pm. Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

We are delighted to be collaborating with Vale Royal Athletic Club (VRAC) on their home turf in Winsford for a Monday evening Spunch from The Wharton Park Stonehouse, Weaver Valley Road, Winsford, CW7 3DB.
Get your week off to a flying start with a mid-summer Monday town & country doorstep adventure, exploring some of Winsford's greener areas and threading your way through the streets and snickets in between. You will likely visit the Weaver Valley Parkway, Town Park, Way's Green, Rilshaw Meadows & Bottom Flash. Not a hilly Spunch this one - just a few small undulations here and there to exercise the lungs!
60, 90 and 120 min score course options (choose on the evening itself). Convenient free parking, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food, Drink and lovely (sunny) outdoor area all at the pub. A daylight evening Spunch event for runners & walkers. Very family friendly & dog friendly too.
Just 15 mins from M6 J18, the venue is very convenient for Northwich, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, Congleton, Alsager, Sandbach, Crewe, Nantwich, Tarporley & Kelsall etc.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 530pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90min course 715pm, last start for 120min course 645pm). Registration open from 530pm.
Navigating with an enhanced 1:12,500 OO map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
The Wharton Park Stonehouse will provide a warm welcome after your outing with some fantastic value Monday Meal Deals including 50% off all Burgers, a carvery, pizzas and lots of other options. With a large (hopefully sunny) outdoor area, it will be a nice place to relax and socialize post-Spunch. The pub is child & dog friendly.
