You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £30 (£40 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. SI timing card hire is free but are charged at replacement cost £30 if lost. |

Gortalughany is an area of exposed moorland characterised by landscape features associated with limestone areas. These include multiple pits, depressions, rocky karst areas and deep drops into underground caves and passages. The latter are marked on the map with purple shading and should be avoided. Not all potentially dangerous features are marked in this way. Orienteers should exercise caution at all times. All of the courses are physically demanding and generally at the top of their technical grade. No white course is offered. The yellow course will use taping to reach the required technical standard but even so shadowing of younger competitors is strongly recommended.
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected at enquiries.
SIACs - SI Air is enabled on all controls except the Start.
Starts – Start times are in 15min blocks with up to 5 runners on each colour course in each block.
