Race HQ and Start at Dalemain Mansion, Dalemain, Penrith CA11 0HB. Free parking and toilets.
Light refreshments - hot drinks and food will be available in the Cafe at Dalemain Mansion.
Medical Cover provided by BEEP Doctors

10km Trail Run:
A superb scenic 2 lap course around the Dalemain Mansion Estate
Start time - 11:00am
Age Limits - 15 years and over
Medals for all entrants, and 'commemorative' medals for first 3 Runners and first 3 Veteran Runners to finish
All medals will be presented as runners finish

3.3km Children's Fun Run:
Course is just 1 lap on ground in front of Dalemain Mansion
Start Time - 11:15 am
Age Limits - 4 -14 years on the day. All entrants must have a responsible adult on site.
Wrist band for all entrants and 'commemorative' medals for first 3 runners. Fruit and water will be presented as runners finish.
