Welcome to our second edition of The "Five Rivers Ultra", The only point-to-point 100 mile ultramarathon taking place in East Anglia. Take in the established beautiful route through the Dedham Vale and Suffolk Coast & Heaths Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The route offers a flat & fast course through unspoilt countryside with sparkling estuary waters nearly always in view. More than 85% of the route is on grass or dirt trail. Conditions underfoot are typically good.

A continuous point-to-point race along the Suffolk & Essex coast, linking together sections of several well-established and waymarked long distance footpaths.

The full 100 mile route circumnavigates 5 coastal estuaries, a 50 mile and 50 km option is also available and equally as stunning along coastal estuaries.

These are self-navigated routes following named footpaths with GPX downloads available on entry. See website for more details.

We are under license with UK Athletics and the Trail Running Association
