Hilly and less hilly options will be available (for those who might prefer closer proximity to the pub!) Even locals will likely discover new paths and places!

Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Newcomers and locals especially welcome. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 530pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90min course 715pm, last start for 120min course 645pm). Registration open from 530pm.
Navigating with a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
In a beautiful canal side setting, the Boat Inn will provide a warm welcome with excellent Food & Drink available after your run / walk. The pub is child and dog friendly. And it has a good outdoor eating / drinking area too if the weather is kind.
With around 80 Spunchpoints to go for - how many will you bag?
Parking will be free and nearby all within 5 mins walk from the pub.
Catch the Spunch Train. The closest train stations are Congleton and Stoke-on-Trent. Both about a 20 minute cab ride away.
Hope you will come along and give it a go.
