Welcome to the second in this year’s Spring Terrain Series of 4 races. Steep, craggy open fell in the NW with extensive contour and rock detail. The SE part is gentler with subtle contour detail and extensive marshes!
Unsure which course to enter? The Long and Short courses will both be a technical course, designed for experienced orienteers, not for beginners! The Yellow course is great for beginners and children, while the Orange course will be a little more challenging.
We encourage those less experienced to run in pairs or groups – it is a good way to start orienteering. To do this, enter the event using one person’s name (e.g. the junior in a junior+adult pair) and please add the names of everyone accompanying in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box when you enter. You can also request extra maps, if required.
