THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED.  THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE VIA THE ORANGE BUTTON ABOVE. WE DO HAVE A NUMBER OF MAPS AVAILABLE FOR LATE ENTRIES AND ENTRIES ON THE DAY (UNTIL THEY RUN OUT!) IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY!   ON LINE ENTRIES REMAIN OPEN ONLY UNTIL THE MAPS RUN OUT. Rolling start - Start time to suit you, anytime between 530pm and 730pm. Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more.  Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT juniors under 18 who can go for free with a paying adult. Juniors up to age 18 go for FREE but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21. Juniors aged 16 and above can run alone with parental permission. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.   Adult 18+ Solo Junior 16+ £5 early bird until Thurs 9 Jan £7 standard until Mon 20 Jan £9 late after Mon 20 Jan & on the day Accompanied Junior age 0-17 FREE but must go with a paying parent or guardian over 21

Thursday evening Street Spunch from the Tytherington Club in Macclesfield.  90 Dorchester Way, SK10 2JP.

60/90 min score course options (choose on the night itself).  Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at the Tytherington Club.  Urban Street Spunch in the dark for runners & walkers. Family friendly too.

Our night-time no-mud* Street Spunch Series continues - this time in North Macclesfield - easy to get to and with good on-site and nearby free parking.

Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure racers, orienteers, walkers, newcomers, and families alike.  2k to 20k, the choice is yours!   Great for families and friends to do together.  Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers.  Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times (No dogs allowed inside the Tytherington Club itself sorry).

Start at your convenience anytime between 530pm & 730pm.  (Last start for 90min course 7pm).  Registration open from 530pm.  Wear hi-visibility clothing and bring a torch / head torch!

Navigating with an enhanced and simplified 1:10,000 OO street map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.

Explore the area's quiet streets and snickets and well surfaced trails through the local green spaces.  Some undulating bits, some flat bits, including sections on the Middlewood Way, Macclesfield Canal, Bollin Valley and Riverside Country Park.  Even locals will likely discover new paths and places!  

Excellent Food & Drink available in the Tytherington Club after your run / walk.  The bar is child friendly.

With over 70 Spunchpoints to go for - how many will you bag?

About 30 mins from M60 J3.  About 35 mins from M6 J17/18/19.  The event centre at the Tytherington Club is conveniently located for South & East of Manchester (Stockport,  Bramhall, Cheadle etc) and also easily accessible from Poynton, Disley, Whaley, New Mills, Leek, Congleton, Crewe and the Potteries.

Ample and convenient free parking on site or overflow to free street side parking within 5mins walk. 

Catch the Spunch Train!  The Tytherington Club is just 8 mins by cab from Macclesfield Train Station which is well served by trains from Manchester, Stoke and everything in between.  Or about 2.5k walk / jog from Prestbury Train Station.
