Courses
60 minute score event - locate as many controls as you can in 60 minutes. Each control is worth a 10 points but for each minute or part minute you are late back you will lose 10 points! So don't be late
Short Course (Yellow/Orange standard) - this is a linear course of approx 1.8km. It involves road crossings. Suitable for those new to orienteering and juniors.

Whitlingham Country Park is a Local Nature Reserve. It was designated as a Local Nature Reserve by the Broads Authority in 2009. The LNR encompasses the Great and Little Broads up to the banks of the River Yare, Whitlingham Woods at the eastern end of the Park, the Picnic Meadow to the south of Whitlingham Lane, Trowse Meadow and Trowse Woods.
There is a minor road running through the middle of the map, which courses cross, so be careful of traffic. Whitlingham Broad and the river is a key feature of the map. Please keep away from the water. A first aid kit is available in the Red Registration Shelter, and in the tea room.

The picnic site visitor Car Park. There is a parking fee of £3.20 for 2 hours, £4.00 for 3 hours, £5.00 for 4 hours or £6.00 all day. Machines take card and online payments.

Dogs - Dogs are allowed in the country park, but please keep them on a lead and under control.
