*BO, IOA or IOF Clubs For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £17 then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. SI timing card hire is free but are charged at a replacement cost of £30 if lost. |
OCO Cordially invite you all to an afternoon of mental massage around the paths and green spaces of Craigavon South.
This Event will be the second leg of this year’s NI Urban League and consequently I wouldn’t want to disappoint any of you Urban fans. For your delight we will be using a newly extended map ( as if you need any more stress ) and as ever, I’m planning all the fun. I’m laughing already.
- Location: Moyraverty Centre Car Park ( What3words: sunblock.fried.search )
- Registration: From 2:00 p.m.
- Start Times: 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
- Courses close: 5:30 p.m.
- Entry Fees: Senior (21+) £8.00, Juniors £4.00
Courses:
- Long ( ~7 – 8 km )
- Medium ( ~ 5 km )
- Short ( ~2.5 km )
Course Safety & Junior Restrictions
- The Short Course is entirely free of vehicular traffic. There are no road crossings and consequently I deem it perfectly safe for all teens and above to be able to navigate on their own.
- For 12’s and under I would still recommend that the juniors are either accompanied or shadowed. Whilst there is no traffic, we are still in an urban environment and safeguarding concerns need to be taken into account as well as H & S. Please note that for any adult wishing to shadow a junior and then have their own run afterwards, they will be classed as Non-Comp in the results having entered the competition area prior to competing themselves.
- Any under 16’s wishing to complete the Medium or Long Courses will need to be accompanied by an over 16 year old
Timing - SI Air will NOT be enabled on controls. SI Cards may be borrowed at registration.
Parking – Free at Moyraverty Centre car park
Toilets - none
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected at enquiries.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the Download.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £3 per person
Event Cancellation: Should we have to cancel the event we will refund the entry fee minus £3 per competitor.
