Sewingshields is an area of open fell and grazed pasture, containing interesting rock and crag detail. The area provides fast running with little undergrowth. Local attractions Hadrian’s Wall and Housesteads are nearby. Be aware that there may be cattle in the area. Please try to avoid running too close to them.
Toilets are available at Housesteads. Limited toilets at the event itself.
Sheep and cattle will be nearby so no dogs please.
