Juniors aged 14-17 go for free but must run with a parent or guardian over 21. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.

70+ Spunchpoints to choose from, spread out in the countryside, lanes and streets immediately accessible from the Pub. You will find lots of route choice on a network of paths, tracks and minor lanes. The area of about 9 sq km offers options at lower levels for the less adventurous. For those seeking a challenge, some steepish paths & tracks further afield.
2k to 22k, the choice is yours!
