Level House Guided Run - 7 miles

A tour of the Old Gang Smelting Mills and mine ruins. Starting from Surrender Bridge, this run will be entirely on shooting tracks. After Level House we’ll gently ascend Forefield Rake. There’s an optional opportunity to bag the trig at Great Pinseat (a couple of hundred metres of heather bashing required) before following the track back to the road. A short 500m road section will bring us back to Surrender Bridge.
NB: There is an optional café visit at the end.
Highlights include:
- Lead by a qualified Coach in Running Fitness and Hill and Moorland Leader
- Small group of 15
- Optional cafe visit after the run
