Harkerside Guided Run - 7 miles

A tour of Harkerside with stunning views (hopefully) of Reeth and Swaledale. From Grinton we’ll follow the Swale Trail before heading up to High Harker Hill on the shooting tracks. We’ll all enjoy the long descent across the moor back to Grinton
Pacing: Gentle, this will involve walking up the ascents and jogging on the flatter sections at a steady pace. Faster runners are welcome to sign up, but will need to wait at regroup points or loop back to stay with the main group.
Highlights include:
- Lead by a qualified Coach in Running Fitness and Hill and Moorland Leader
- Small group of 15
- Optional cafe visit after the run
