Irish Enduro National Championships - Ravensdale, County Louth: Classic - practice Saturday & race Sunday

Welcome to the Irish Enduro National Championships. Ravensdale is a classic Enduro venue that has hosted many historic races in the past. The trail fairies have been busy lately so the stages will be in top shape with plenty of fresh sections cut in. As always Ravensdale delivers a cracking race whether you are chasing that National Championship jersey or just out for the weekends craic with your mates!

Youth & Challenger 3 stages, E-bike 6 stages, everyone else 5 stages.

Anyone can take part in the Irish Enduro National Championships. However to be eligible for the Irish Enduro National Championships riders must be a member of Cycling Ireland with the relevant competition licence and an IRL nationality or be a member of a UCI affiliated federation with an IRL nationality on their licence.

Each race consists of up to 6 timed stages consisting of natural single track/ trail centre and are mostly gravity orientated. The lap including transitions and stages are approximately 16-24km. Stage times will be added together for a total time that will decide positions in each category. Transitions are mainly on fire road or single track and are NOT timed. Riders can chill with friends and make their way to the next stage at their own pace. Keep in mind there will be a time limit and cut offs in place for rider safety although this is set at a relaxed pace. The important bits are the descents! We are using the most reliable, non contact timing system available so riders can focus on the fun part. Specific information for each round will become available to competitors via email, social media and a briefing on the run up and at each event.

ENSURE YOUR MATES ARE INCLUDED IN THE SERIES POINTS LEAGUE

If you are entering anyone else in this event ask them for their SiEntries ID (not the same as their SI-Card number).  If they have not registered, please ask them to do so by visiting www.sientries.co.uk.  Once you have their SiEntries ID, surname and postcode, you will be able to enter them without needing to type in any of their personal details. This will mean that their results at events in this series can be linked together and they can receive an overall series placing. Remember: Points will only be added to riders registered on SiEntries – mates don’t let mates miss out on points!
