5km Adult Run & Children’s Colour Run
The Damerham Dash is a family friendly 5km run around the beautiful countryside of Damerham village. The fully marked, undulating route is almost entirely off-road and takes runners around bridlepaths and over stunning farmland not normally open to the public.
Runners of all ability are very welcome as well as walkers and dog walkers (dogs must be insured and kept on a lead).
A children’s “colour run” will also be held on the day with plenty of paint powder packets available to buy.
All entrants will receive a medal with trophies for the category winners:
- Male Runner
- Female Runner
- Nordic Walker
- Top Dog!
Please arrive in plenty of time to register and join in the fun.
Free on-site parking will be available (enter the sportsfield through the Compasses Inn carpark).
A barbecue will be serving hot food with other refreshments also available.
The event will be fully insured and will have a trained medical professional on site and other first aiders available on the day.
Timings:
08:00 – Barbecue & Registration opens
09:30 – Children’s Colour Run
10:30 – 5km run start
