One Foot In The Gargrave Challenge Walk
A 23 mile walk/run from Gargrave Village Hall, West Street, Gargrave, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3RD in the picturesque setting of Malhamdale.

Start time for all entrants is 8.30am.
Please note no dogs allowed in the village hall.
The walk is to be completed in 9 hours.
There is a cut-off time at 3 pm at Checkpoint 3 (16.2 miles). Anyone not through this Checkpoint will be asked to retire.
Entries will be restricted to the first 200 and will be closed when this maximum is reached. If maximum is not reached and you wish to enter on the day the cost would be LDWA member - £17; non LDWA member - £25.00
With limited car parking at the village hall, we have been able to negotiate with The Anchor Inn on the A65, (postcode BD23 3NA) to park 30 cars in their car park, free of charge. This is a 10 minute walk to the start at the Village Hall.
Further car parking is also available on the left hand side of the road on Mark House Lane, just over the canal bridge from the village hall, being less than a 5 minute walk to the start. (The route actually goes out this way.)
Marshals will be on hand to assist and direct. Your co-operation would be appreciated in order to avoid any inconvenience to the residents of Gargrave on the day.
