INVOC welcomes you to Nairn East Beach for No.6 on the Northern Night Cup calendar. Many thanks to Highland Council for permission to use the land.

Terrain / Planner’s CommentsThe terrain is mainly sand dunes, with a few open dunes and also areas of grassland to the far east.  The terrain is fairly level with some small ups and downs.  There is a dense network of paths, some of which can be faint.  The areas of gorse can be pretty thick in places, so don't bother. High tide will not be until after 10pm on the night of the event, although none of the courses go below the edge of the sand dunes.

Maps: Pre-marked and printed on waterproof paper, scale 1:4,000 with 2.5m contour intervals.

Courses: Long 4.7km; Short 3 km; Night Novice 2.1km
