Team Ballyhoura are delighted to host the latest edition of our Team of 2 MTB Enduro race event. 2NDURO is double the fun as you get to race with your buddy. You and your team mate will start and finish each stage together and share all the thrills and spills as you make your way down 5 stages. Although the emphasis is on fun, the stages are on a par with Gravity Enduro and Grassroots Enduro stages and will require an ability to ride technical and challenging terrain.
New for 2024, Team Ballyhoura are working to minimise carbon generation and are aiming to make the event Carbon Neutral/Low Carbon Event. A list of specific actions are being worked by the organising team. We hope you're excited to come on the journey to Carbon Neutral with us.

2NDURO Format:
- 1 day event
- 2 riders per team
- Start & finish each stage together
- Race 5 blind stages - each stage done once only!
- 22km course
The minimum age for 2NDURO is 14. Under 16 must ride with an adult (18+) at all times.
Important Safety Requirements - consistent with other Cycling Ireland Enduro MTB events:
1. A full face helmet is required and must be worn at all times, including between stages.
2. All under 18 riders must wear back protection.
3. Inspections will be held to ensure compliance - penalties will be applied for non-adherance.
A Cycling Ireland Limited Competition Race Licence is required to enter this event.
