Following a successful race in October, we're offering the opportunity to earn one of our lovely wooden medals by running the course virtually! We'll be donating all profits to Cornwall Air Ambulance.
The route starts from Carwinion Road Playing Field in Mawnan Smith, and after a brief tarmac start you will soon be hitting the trail down to Nansidwell where the real fun begins along the South West Coast Path!
The route passes around Rosemullion Head, across undulating fields, ancient woodland and secluded coves along the north shores of the Helford River. A bridleway climb will head you up out of Durgan, before a fast section of trail and road heads you back down to Carwinion - before a testing climb sets you up for the finish line!
Although this is a challenging 10k the route is suitable for all. Just be sure to bring your trail shoes and be prepared for some hills, mud and technical descents…

All finishers will receive a medal following the closing date of the 31st December. All we ask is you email us a screenshot of your Strava route (or similar).
Please note if you're a member of a club we'll aim to deliver the medals together, to save on postage.
