Grab your family and come and experience the Vale of Glamorgan at its best. With some mud and some hills but never too far away from Wales’s top voted Farm Shop and Cafe.

It’s the best way to experience adventure racing for the first time as the majority of the route is signed and only a small amount of navigation. It is suitable for all ages and levels and you can choose whether you'd like to compete or just take part.

Everyone receives a uniquely designed Mini Burn medal.
