This epic ride will take you on an exhilarating off-road journey through the stunning landscapes of Chepstow, the Wye Valley Greenway, Tintern, the Brecon Beacons and Cardiff Bay.

Starting in Chepstow, riders will quickly veer off-road and venture through the picturesque Wye Valley Greenway, before reaching the renowned Tidenham Tunnels that add a thrilling element to the ride. Crossing over the River Wye into Tintern, the route then begins a climb to the top of Beacon Hill, offering breathtaking views along the way.

After conquering Beacon Hill riders can enjoy some easier miles on gravel and tarmac roads, providing a welcome respite before entering the remote and exposed terrain of the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), the route leads to fast and technical singletrack that descends to the picturesque Ponsticill.

As the journey nears its end, the ride gradually descends towards Cardiff Bay, leading cyclists through a series of scenic cycleways. Finally, you will arrive in the heart of Cardiff Bay, where a well-deserved drink awaits, providing the perfect end to an incredible adventure.

Join us at the Solstice Sundowners event and immerse yourself in the beauty and excitement of this challenging off-road ride through picturesque landscapes.
