The area consists of coniferous and deciduous forest, separated by fields, which is connected on the western side by a narrow band of woodland. The fields can be crossed in several places. Blickling can be brambly in places but courses have been planned to avoid these areas. The area is part of a National Trust estate which surrounds the historical Blickling Hall. Dogs allowed on leads.

 

Car Parking - this is free to National Trust Members but others will have to pay at the pay and display  machines, this is a charge of £5 (coin only) and will apply for non-members.  If you want to pay by card for your car parking, please pop into our Estate Barn visitors reception. 

 

Start Times - 10.15 am to 12.15pm

 

Courses Close at 2.15pm

The NOR Junior Club Championships 

Boys (M10-M20) and Girls (W10-W20) compete for The Ella Gilbert Trophy. As for the seniors, competitors run the course normally associated with their age class (see below). A handicap, based on the age and course length, is applied to the results to determine the winner.
