Based in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, an opportunity to learn the vital skills and techniques for skyrunning on some of the finest sky runs in North Wales under the supervision of a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI).

Skyrunning is mountain running where you run on trails while scrambling up beautiful ridges and gullies.

Run by a highly experienced trail and Skyrunner with British Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor and British Athletics qualifications.

2 day course building confidence and technique on steep ground while running some of the best trails in Snowdonia National Park including technical scrambling terrain.

Perfect for runners who regularly run 15km or more who want to start technical running in the mountains or for skyrunners looking to improve confidence and refresh skills before a race.

Increase your confidence, strategy and technique for Skyline races or races like the dragons back in this country and abroad.

Gain knowledge on what to wear, what to put in your pack, where to get accurate weather and where you can get information on skyvruns nationally.

Techniques looked at include using poles effectively, moving uphill efficiently, descending steep technical terrain and a footwork masterclass.

Based in the heart of Snowdonia National Park that encompasses some of the most impressive scenery in Wales with outstanding skyvruns .
