Norfolk & Suffolk LDWA are holding the 2nd Rodent Wriggle with three routes as before: a 13.5 mile, 23 mile and a 50k (31.5 mile) route. The 13.5 mile route branches off the main route at 7 miles, and the 23 mile route branches off it at 12.5 miles, with both returning to the main route to finish.

The Rodent Wriggle is named after the way it meanders its way up the upper reaches of the River Rat. A gentle undulating scenic route through the Mid Suffolk countryside, with 10 historic churches along the 50k route. All are interesting in their own way, but of particular note are Great Finborough with its majestic spire, quaint thatched Harleston Church, and Rattlesden Church with its magnificent Angel roof.
