Annual Membership
BST (Blood Sweat & Tears) Extreme Running club take part in many sporting events across Northern Ireland, UK, Europe and the U.S. These include, Obstacle Course Racing, Trail Running, Road Running and much more. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly club where everyone helps out and supports each other.
The club host obstacle course racing & road running events throughout the year. In 2017 we hosted our first European qualifier OCR race while fund raising for our chosen charity and launched our 11K road race series.
Mucky Pups extreme running club is open to children of fully paid up members. Age group from 3 year to 15 years. Monthly training sessions take place on Sunday mornings after adult training. Mucky Pups participate in junior OCR events across the country and organised outings are part of the fun.
Bootcamp
Ever wanted to try trail running? Maybe you have thought about trying out an obstacle race like Hell & Back, Rampage or Hard as Oak? Why not join us for our new couch to trail bootcamp?
Starting Sunday 28th July for 8 weeks, we will take you through the trails of the forest and introduce you to basics of obstacle running. From what you should wear to how to safely run the trails, this is a perfect and fun way to kickstart your trail running adventure.
All participants receive a BST Trained top on completion and discounted entry to the next Hell & Back run on 21st September. Sound interesting?? All abilities welcome.
