Summer Evening Spunch Event - 60/90/120min countryside score course using an enlarged and enhanced extract of OS Explorer map. Free on-site Parking, Registration, Loos, Start and Finish all at Butterton's Ice Cream Farm & Tea Room, Buttertons Lane, Haslington, CW1 5UT. A "hidden gem" between Alsager & Crewe, Just 6 mins from J16 M6 and 15 mins from J17 M6.
Refreshments including Butterton's own farm-produced artisan ice cream, available from the Tea Room and much route analysis available after your run in a super setting! Run, jog or walk - suitable for trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure runners, orienteers, walkers, and newcomers alike. Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers.
Start anytime between 1800 and 1900. (For 120 min course you must start before 1830 please)

50ish Spunchpoints to choose from, spread out across a generally level scenic rural area offering much route choice on a network of paths with views towards Mow Cop, Bosley Cloud and the Peak District beyond. The area of about 9 sq km offers both modest family-friendly options and plenty of route choice opportunities over a wider area for those who prefer a longer outing up to 2 hours.
Visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone or Garmin.

Refreshments including the award winning Big Brown Cow Ice Cream produced on the farm will be available from the Farm tea room after your run / walk. Teas/Coffees & cakes etc all available.
