Welcome to the Ranger Ultras training day for the PB137km & PB270km Pennine Bridleway Trail Running Challenges.

Together we'll discuss all aspects of these multi-day trail races.
On hand will be members of the Ranger Ultras event team, who draw upon experiences in multi-day trail running, trekking expeditions, Mountain Leadership, Mountain Rescue and race safety management.
Also we're delighted to introduce previous PB finishers and competitors who are keen to share their race experiences and insights.

The PB137/270 training day is open current, returning and potential future Pennine Bridleway Trail Challenge participants.

Held the day after our PB55km & PB18km trail running event. If you've joined us running on Saturday, you can rest your legs with this indoor session on Sunday.

The topics, skills and top tips we cover are readily transferable to other multi-day trail running and timed expedition style challenges. If you're new to multi-day trail running, the Ranger Ultras' PB137 & PB270 format is an ideal introduction. With a balance of on-course, checkpoint and finish support, but never detracting from the sense of adventure, big sky scenic journeying and personal achievement.

Our courses are never one size fits all. This training day will help you prepare, make easy time savings, maximise rest opportunities, familiaraise yourself with the course and develop a overall race finishing strategy to suit your aspirations.

Our aim is that you depart inspired, with a note pad full of useful ideas and practical solutions.
