For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want.

**If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £25 (£30 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.

SI timing card hire is free but are charged at a replacement cost of £30 if lost.

Campsite bookings - please ensure you accommodate the number of adults accordingly when adding the total.

Parking is £4 per car – pay at reception at Meelmore Lodge. Parking at the campsite in Tollymore is included in Social fees.

Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected at inquiries.

SIACs -  SI Air is enabled on all controls except the Start and Finish.

Starts –  Start times are in 15min blocks with punching starts

Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the Download and then disperse to maintain social distancing.

 

Coronavirus Safety Measures

There are currently no Covid restrictions for events however we would ask that participants continue to apply common sense to limit the spread of infections

Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £3 per person plus up to £5 per meal ordered to cover our non-recoverable costs.

Event Cancellation: Should we have to cancel the event we will refund the entry fee minus £3 per competitor plus up to £5 per meal ordered to cover our non-recoverable costs.
