NAVIGATION
The Route will be marked with Glow Sticks and marshalled.
Sorry to state the obvious but THIS IS A RACE IN THE DARK so a head torch/torch is compulsory
waterproofs, hat and gloves are also compulsory. The route can be exposed to the elements even in summer!
The race is for people to practise running and descending/ascending on trails in the dark AND HAVING FUN!!
