The Race starts near the roundabout on Foresters Way. Approx 500m from Great Glen House.
Marked course, mainly on good tracks.
Be prepared to carry full waterproof body cover, hat, gloves, whistle, compass and map.

There are no toilets or changing facilities.
Junior Race
- Age categories - U12, U14, U16 (8 years minimum).
- Race distance 3km, with approx 180m climb.
- Same start as for the main adult race, but start at 2.10pm, start is 500m from registration.
- Registration and parking etc as for adult race at Great Glen House.
- Route will be marked and marshalled.
