*BO, IOA or IOF Clubs For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £20 (£25 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. Hired SIAC timing cards are charged at a replacement cost of £60 if lost. (£30 for standard SI Cards) N.B. Juniors (MW 16-) may not run up in Senior courses due to safety constraints. |

Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected at inquiries.
SIACs - SI Air is enabled on all controls except the Start and Finish.
Starts – Start times are 6pm - 8pm
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the Download and then disperse to maintain social distancing.
Coronavirus Safety Measures
This event is organised within the Covid regulations laid down by the NI Government and British Orienteering.
Currently there are no restrictions around Covid and sporting events however as safety and wellbeing are core to the sport of orienteering we retain the following measures and advice:
- Try not to touch the SI Control boxes except with the SI Card
- During the race please be aware of who is around you and try to maintain distance especially when approaching Controls
- As we are are competing in public areas, please be mindful of other people and give them space.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser after your race and before handling food
- If car sharing with people outside of your household, we recommend keeping the vehicle well ventilated
IMPORTANT You MUST NOT attend the activity if:
- You are unwell with a cough, fever or have had other Covid symptoms or first tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 5 days (3 days for children).
If you have a condition that makes you Clinically Vulnerable, please follow current government and medical advice before registering.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be subject to a 10% fee on each entry. See link below for details.
Event Cancellation: Should we have to cancel the event we will provide a full refund minus minium fee to meet our unrecoverable costs.
