This Regional event offers colour coded courses for all standards of orienteer from experts to novices. Starts are from 10:30AM to 12:00 noon.
The event centre and parking is in a field adjacent to the competition area.
The competition area is set in the catchment of Dean Clough Reservoirs plus open areas and woodland below the dams. The area offers both fast open terrain and a mix of mature deciduous and coniferous woodland. There are rock, landform and water features plus areas with many paths and tracks and other large areas with no tracks. In general incidental paths are not marked on the map.
Dean Clough is popular with walkers, dog owners, and runners – take care and give way.

This event is pre-entry and pre-pay only. Late entries at increased rates available on 3rd & 4th Nov, but only up to spare map limit. No EOD.
