The Silver Navigator Award is a two day intermediate course including assessment during which participants will learn to plan and follow routes in the hills which are across open countryside using accurate compass work and suitable navigational techniques.
This course is for those who have clearly and competently achieved the Bronze NNAS level and have demonstrated substantial subsequent experience in applying Bronze NNAS level skills.

Saturday Start 1100 - 2100 (Meeting at The Mourne Lodge, Bog Road, Attical. BT34 4HT)
Sunday Start - 0900 - 1300
The course is non-residential however should you wish to stay over in the Mournes, a variety of accommodation options including campsites are available for booking in the locality.
